I'm not. I have 2 internal drives, a C drive which is a speedy SSD, and a D drive which is an HDD. I've tried installing the program on C and database on D, both on D, and both on C with the same issues.
As for AV, I turned off windows defender and only manually ran it the other night just to make sure the system was clean.
