You're missing the point, Jon. We're not saying images should be removed from an existing ebook. We're saying there's no need for any of the images to ever have been included in the first place. They're pointless fluff. As much of a fan of fantasy I have been over the years, I never encountered an fantasy map that I didn't skip past. I don't care for geography. Real or imaginary. And what the characters look like is my business, not the author/publisher's.
