No one said they were the same thing. The initial setup for aaxtomp3--at least the early version I use--asks for a one-time sign-in on Audible Download Manager to verify an Audible account. If that manager is no longer available on the Audible site, it can be downloaded from the link I gave.

I did not like Libation at all when I tried it. If I recall, it had too many bells and whistles when all I want is a simple conversion to mp3. Different strokes for different folks.
