that's all the information given by the developer and I don't understand what the 3rd point is and where to get it.

If mean the file I want to get, the author didn't write anything about the converter.

If I specify only 2 parameters, the utility fails again. (Oh yeah, I don't understand anything at all about commands under DOS (initial linux system admin))

If you don't know the answer, your words about the wrong command are invalid.
i know the answer, but i also read the mod message. and which arguments are needed are also clear.
