On the form I use I don't think I can attach a screen shot. But I do always mention that I have one.

In the UK/EU there are laws on remote selling which mean I'm confident that Kobo will refund if they won't accept the price match (provided I haven't downloaded the ebook).

I don't know if there are any similar laws in the USA.
