Hi, I just joined today and would like to have PM enabled.

Someone sent me this link for the procedure:

I have to admit being slightly confused. Following these first few steps to check if it is enabled, I only find "Visitor messaging" instead of the "Private Messaging" seen in the screenshot in above link. Is this the same feature, just renamed? I also do not see any button/link to view/send messages, so I assume PM are a separate feature and still need unlocking?
