I did finally purchase a $50 gift card. Received my bonus $10 this morning.
Heard back from Kobo again, all pleased with themselves that they added $10 in store credit to my account although my last email back to them was before I purchased the $50 gift card and I clearly told them I had not purchased a gift card.
So, I got $10 for all my trouble and I notice they took down the second banner that said $60 for $10 back.
