You can either "Check for updates" in the Onyx settings or download update.upx, adb push it still encrypted on /sdcard/ then kick it to update.

Ok i have downloaded and decrypted the full upx to update.zip. I have also made backup of x3 using these

It created 5 images that total 64gb, so I think it works. Just wonder how can i flash these back to it if things go wrong
