How to create "saved_search"?

I've been searching here and other places and I still can't figure it out.

This post tells me I can create a file: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=311696

But it's unclear how to create that file.

I created a new searches.ini file on my Windows desktop and dragged it to the MISC folder, which has the example file. What I really did is create a text file and changed the extension.

In Sigil if I go to tools, saved searches, I can't access the file that I created.

All I'm trying to do is automate using the "Run Automate List"

I did find the format:
Find="&(nbsp|#160);(</p>)"
Replace=\\2

Am I supposed to edit the examples file?

Thanks.
