I just know it still works and I can still get files in azw3 format and add them to Calibre. And I know my battery is still in good condition, ie. it doesn't die immediately and I can read several books on it before charging.

I always called it K5 until I noticed MobileReaders tended to call it K4BNT, so when I'm on MobileRead, I use K4BNT, but otherwise, I think of it as my K5
ETA: I checked the MobileRead Wiki, and was surprised to see this Kindle called the Kindle 5:
https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/Kindle_5. So both Amazon and the MobileRead Wiki consider the 2012 black non-touch Kindle to be a 5 rather than 4. Now I'm wondering where "K4BNT" originated. Maybe I'll go back to calling it the K5
