With calibre 8 and above, the kobotouch extended drivers are no longer supported as their functionality has been added to base calibre.
Unfortunately the upgrade did not migrate your configuration settings (including the calibre columns used for collections) from the extended driver.
You just need to reconfigure the calibre Kobo touch driver to have the correct values in its collection management settings.
No need to resend content; on the next connection the collections will be updated
