I seemed to have missed your post. Likely the newer Era Color uses a new USB ID number. That ID needs to be added to the program. I intended making these ids user configurable, but that's still away.

Any chance you can post a debug log from the app? That would include the identifier. For instructions see: https://www.syncoda.nl/software/avat...-debug-logging

Just now v0.18 was pushed out. It won't fix this, but it will allow you to manually add the reader
