Kindle Paperwhite 2 has resolution 768x1024, your screens are in the range of 757x1071. Images need to be exactly 768x1024 when you put them on. Don't use websites for something as simple as resizing images. Just use some free program like FastStone image viewer and resize them in it. It supports all the processes that you need.
