Please note that if you do not use either the manual factory reset or the Factory reset from the Developer Options menu, you are not doing a true factory reset so quite a few bits and bobs will survive. At this point, I would suggest a manual factory reset. See Manual reset Kobo Libra Colour on Kobo's site for the procedure.
