You should use KUAL-KDK-2.0.azw2 to run KUAL on PW. Just place it at /documents.

The instructions are “Kual (Coplate) - For Kindles newer than the K5 (any kindle released after 2012)”. PW was released on 2012, so use KUAL for legacy devices.
