parse_bin.zip - any idea?

Clean old folder with Calibre plugins. Mostly old DeDRM versions.

I also found parse_bin.zip, downloaded around 2013, containing a Parse.exe (timestamp October 5, 2007, no useful information in file properties). Any idea what this might be?

Google not help. Not flagged by Windows Defender, but running unidentified old executables not really great idea.
