- Include 'Add New Book' dialog when multiple existing found on update.

applegaa, please give this a try. There's different messages when the duplicate books have the same URL in library vs same title/author.

This will only trip when there's:

More than one book with the same story URL OR
No book with matching story URL AND more than one book with same title/author AND "Search by Title/Author(s)" checkbox is on.

Note that even if there's more than one with the same title/author, if there's only one book with the same URL, FFF will update that book.
