@hhi1015 When you connect that Kindle to a computer via USB cable does it still show as a removable storage?
Is the device continuously rebooting itself after XY seconds?

If it's still visible to a computer create a file named "DO_FACTORY_RESTORE" (make sure it doesn't have any extension ; if you use Windows the Explorer will 'helpfully' add '.txt' extension so you will have to rename the created file to remove the extension part of the filename) and copy it into root / top level of kindle drive > eject from computer > press and hold for 15-20s the power button on your Kindle to force a reboot.

And then hope that that subsequent factory reset fixes you problems.

If it doesn't and if the storage stays visible to computer long enough try copying over a firmware bin install, a version never that 5.14.x. After copying the firmware again force a reboot by holding the power button.
