Saying I don't like the distraction of Android IS saying I don't like Android. How did you miss that?
My question is why is it taboo to say you don't like Kobo on this forum?
I mentioned Kobo and Android because those are the two go-to platforms everyone talks about as alternatives to Kindle. Curiosity I could excuse, but this really is bordering on the cultish. I don't care when people say they hate Kindle or Amazon, nor do I feel the need to interrogate them. I could care less what device someone chooses to use.
Of course, I'm not a corporate shill, so maybe that has something to do with it?
I'm only too happy to fight, but no, I wasn't looking for one. I was trying to find an answer to a technical question. The fact that you can't stomach the phrase "I don't like Kobo" says nothing about me and everything about you.
