No it's in Calibre or the metadata plugin for Calibre SOMEWHERE because it just fairly recently happened (within past 6 months) and it is happening in EVERY library where there is an Amazon id.

If there is an Amazon id, there is both an Amazon and Amazon.com in the details field.
What happens if you remove one of them? E.G. right click on "Amazon" in Book details and select Remove.

What is in the Metadata edit panel?

FWIW - For me, books with Amazon.com in Book details are in the Amazon entry in Tag browser, whereas books with Amazon.uk in Book details are in the Amazon.uk entry in Tag browser.
