Hi all!

I've tried googling for a solution to this strange issue but it isn't easy to search for such an issue.

For quite some time now, my ClaraHD has been "stuck" in a state where it seems to be fully operational and even appears to allow new books to be sideloaded, but upon removal from the PC, the added books are nowhere to be found.

If the battery dies and I turn it back on, it "reverts" to an older state (probably where the issue began) and doesn't even update the "books being read currently" row on the home screen.

I can read the books already within it normally, but can't add any new ones. Can't seem to figure it out.

Is there any way I can perform a backup on my PC of the current state and then do a factory reset? Really would prefer if there was a simpler solution.
