The option is activated, but I'm wondering about it : the page number (top of the page, in the chapter and bottom of the page, in the book) changes when... I change pages during the reading, which seems quite new to me, and regardless of the size of the font. Which makes me think that the "Show Adobe EPUB page numbers" option becomes useless...

Thanks again,
Sincerely, R.G.
The page number at the top of the page si showing you how many ADE pages you have left in the chapter. The page number on the bottom is showing you the page number (ADE page numbers) you are on and how many total in the eBook. Unless you need to know specifically which page the the text is on, you can turn off the ADE page numbers and reclaim the margin space.

What OS are you using and what version of calibre?
