Lightbulb Zooming:PDF's ultimate solution?

Most of us use the zoom feature to read PDFs with a two column layout and we are too lazy to convert or the conversion process would take such amount of time it becomes impractical to do so.

Also, whenever there's a wishlist for the next firmware update we agree once and again that a "fixed zoom" option would be a gift from heaven (ie: Sony)

I'm thinking that maybe we could go a step foward and make that "fixed zoom" somethig else. Like maybe the zoom could have like two settings: fixed and freelook.

Freelook is what we have now and we could "lock" it to stay like that until we "unlocked" it.

Fixed could have like a setting for "two columns" and other common layouts.

What do you guys think? Was I overthinking?
