The fonts are embedded in the epub. Simpy unzip it.

Noto Kufi Arabic (NotoKufiArabic-Regular.ttf)
Noto Sans Hebrew (NotoSansHebrew-Regular.ttf)

Both are Google fonts with permissive licenses.
