For students that work the way I did, the KDX will have to be able to keep 2-5 books in a "cool-key" mode. I had to switch between books for a single class often, and from class to class every hour or two.
I like the way the EBW1150 allows me to switch between two books without going back to the main menu, which breaks concentration, and I think you'd need something like that for reader meant to be used for study.
