Your version of Windows 10 is 6 years out of date. It could very well be that your version of Windows 10 is too old. Update your Windows 10 to the latest version (22H2/19045) and then try running calibre again.

I know that if Windows 10 is too old, it would not run calibre 7.

Why would you not update your Windows to the latest version?
