Yes, same here on a Kindle 4, serial # starting with 9023 1701. Getting "This item is not signed by a registered developer." Tried earlier with a Kindle Keyboard (3rd Generation) with same result. Both devices, tried install multiple times, concentrating on being sure to use the proper files. Hoping that a fix can be found - trying to keep my old devices out of the landfill! Thanks.
