The Calibre installer Knows where the Config folder is (update existing mode)
All it needs to do is check for that Kobo file (only used for a Kobo user
)
Either pop a advise message or simply (download and) run the PI as part of the upgrade.
There are A LOT of Calibre w/Kobo users.
