Post #40, 41, 42, 45, 48 are all asking for it, which is most of the posts made within the last year. It is of course up to you what you'd like to do about that (if anything). At any rate, I'll just use the report feature next time. Sorry about that.
That thread is in the KOReader forum which is outside my purview. The report feature would have been a better choice.
