Virtual Library Not Refreshing After Metadata Edit

Occasionally I use a Virtual Library in Calibre to help manage books that need updating. For example, I have a custom column for StoryGraph format {#sg_format}, and a Virtual Library set to show only books where that column is set to "Audio."

The issue I’m having is this:

I edit some books in StoryGraph and change their format (e.g., from audio to digital).

I update the corresponding format in Calibre by editing the value in my custom column.

The Virtual Library should update automatically and remove the book from the list (since it no longer matches "audio") — but it doesn’t.

The book still displays in the list, even though it no longer matches the Virtual Library filter. I have to manually re-click the Virtual Library in the toolbar (select it again) to force a refresh before the book disappears from view.

Question:
Is there a way to refresh the active Virtual Library view automatically or with a shortcut, without having to deselect and reselect the same virtual library?

Thanks!
