Disable touchscreen on Libra Colour?

I currently have a Kindle Oasis. One feature it has that I want in my next ereader is the ability to disable the touchscreen - at least until the next time it sleeps or is turned off.

The reason is that water droplets really make using a touchscreen difficult, and one of the reasons I have a water-resistant ereader is to use it near water - swimming pool, spa, etc. Without the ability to turn off the touchscreen, this becomes difficult in my experience.

So: does the Kobo Libra Colour have the ability to turn off the touchscreen? Or is the touchscreen so clever that it's usable even with wet hands/water droplets on the screen?
