As I said previously, the waveform information is not stored in a file. It is stored in the unused space before the first partition. I have one image of a Clara HD so can't send you another one. As for the stripes on the screen? I can't really see that as a issue with the waveform information. If you enable Developer Mode (search for devmodeon to enable it) and then under Settings => Device Options => Developer options, enable Disable Regal, do the stripes go away? Personally, I would try re-seating the display ribbon cables as that is, to me, the more likely cause.
