I'm not sure if we have a report back from the NoteAir3 on which processor it has.
Yes, the NoteAir3C uses the GoCo7 loader.
The first step is getting your device in EDL mode.
Don't worry, you don't have to risk anything.

adb reboot edl
edl /l
-- copy/paste what it prints out --
-- hold power button until it resets normally, ~10 secs --

Yes, you have to load the WinUsb driver with Zadig like in the instructions.
