As someone on another forum mentioned, Amazon
used to have that bundle, you can see an old reference to it
here, but it has since been delisted. My guess is the publishers changed.
Interestingly I went back through my Kobo emails and found that I originally bought this bundle in August 2023, for that same "sale" price of $0.99. I wonder if the original publisher knew they were about to lose the rights and put the book on sale, and Kobo forgot to remove that listing.
