I had same problem, just redo curl command on computer.
Log in into developer drop box, check all permissions. Connect kindle to computer. Koreader > Settings
Delete cloudstorage.lua.old
Then open cloudstorage.lua, edit as text file
As soon as you get refresh token, copy it to cloudstorage.lua, save, disconnect kindle, start-up KOReader and you will connect to cloud.
