They are now old and probably need a new battery,

The PRS-650, PRS-350, & PRS-950.

The 650 is a standard 6" screen.
The 350 is a 5" screen,
the 950 is an oddball. It's a 7" screen. But it's the same width as a 6" screen just that it's taller..
