The reader appears to be a standard Netronix HW platform with a custom firmware. They are selling the device starting May, 15th.
The advance purchase price is Euro 220, which includes Spanish translations of 100 classic novels. They also have a bookstore, which only includes Spanish books so it may not be very interesting to non-Spanish readers.

Actually it does not seem to support mobi, what the web says is
Menú o interfaz en Inglés, Español, Francés, Portugues y Alemán
- Soporta los formatos de ebook: .pdf, .epub, .txt, .html, .chm
- Soporta los formatos de imagen: .bmp, .jpg y .gif
which does not mention mobi. The device seems Netronix EB600 based, a Cybook clone, like the eSlick, I wonder who wrote the Firmware.
If any Spanish friend bought it, he/she could tell us something.
