I've downloaded de .epub you kindly attached to your previous post.
However it won't open properly: it starts on a middle page (as the first thing you see) the end of it has a proper table of contents the links on it don't respond correctly: same with regular page turning if you start reading from the beginning of the document.
Mayhaps the file needs some editing before release 😅
