Pocketbook Touch Lux 5 and 6th gen Paperwhite are the same size as the Kindle Touch you said was too small - they all have a 6" screen. Kobo Libra H2O has a 7" screen.
IMO they're all too small for PDF files. For those, 9-10" and above would be best.
Kobo and Kindle don't have a mp3 player.
