You absolutely nailed it 1000%!

The file that was giving complications in the error message was:
'C:\\Users\\Puget-1\\AppData\\Roaming\\calibre\\icons-any.rcc'

And you were 1000% accurate when you said that it was not required.
I searched, (and found) the file in the B computer.
I eliminated the file.
And then opened Calibre.

The program ran perfectly. And as you pointed out, the only difference I noticed was the icons were artistically more conventionally vanilla.

Since it work perfectly on the B computer, I went to the A computer and renamed the file, and then restarted Calibre.

I rechristened the file (on the A computer) so that the program would not be able to find it or use it. :-)

When I restarted the program I did the normal export all data that I have done for several years.
Calibre was perfectly able to reassemble library and share all of the options of the exported program itself on the B computer.

Thank you so very much for making the suggestion!

Very sincerely,

James Gluckin
