Not sure if I posted about it at the time, but I had a recent delivery where the driver provided a faked picture as supposed proof of delivery attempt. I reported it to UPS and the rep said they "are aware of the issue."
The driver never came or attempted delivery, and captured a picture that was just a close up of a mailing label, with just enough visible around the edges to see it was taken in the delivery truck.
