Hello,

I have several ePubs which are rendering "table captions" incorrectly by displaying the text vertically. The problem exists both on the ereader (Kobo) and in Calibre ePub viewer, so I guess it must be a code issue.
Please refer to the screenshots to visualize the problem.

Any suggestion where I could start my investigation to fix that issue?
