I got a price match for a book on Tuesday, and the pricing part of the page at Amazon (UK) was:

This was a Daily Deal one-day sale. I've checked my other screen shots, and the pricing part of the page was similar for all of them.

I do recommend always taking a screen shot of the competitor's price, just in case.
