Kobo Price Match experiences

Have you tried Kobo Price Match? How did it go for you?

I have done about 15 price matches this year, and 13 went fine, including one price matching a £14.99 book with a £0.99 Amazon offer.

The other two needed a little sorting out, because I tried to price match two very similar books in the same order, and they got a little confused.

What's your recent experience, good and bad?
