I have Obok dedrm already on my calibre and intend to buy from kobo and remove the drm as I usually do. Which ADE should I download?
You should look at the ACSM Input plugin for calibre. It will fulfil the .acsm file from the Adobe Servers for you, and the book will go directly into your calibre library, with DRM removed if you also have the DeDRM plugin.

It shows up as DeACSM in the list of calibre plugins in calibre for historical reasons.
