The solution is that You have to set as executable the file kobopatch-linux-64bit in the "bin" directory. I settled executable all files in the bin directory but the one that is really used by You is kobopatch-linux-64bit. It works for me.

Edit: of course also the file kobopatch.sh must be executable.
