Agreed. Price matching ≠ on sale.
Since Kobo will match the price of any other eBook seller for any eBook, there is no need to post that a sale price at (Amazon|Barnes & Noble|Randolph Carter) could be price matched by Kobo.
OTOH, if Kobo prices an eBook at less than the Amazon price, this really should be noted, as that's a true sale.
