Kobo Libra Colour Return Query
I知 trying to return a Kobo Libra colour, I ordered one for my husband after I got mine but it has a yellow screen so he wants to return it I requested the RMA authorisation on the 26th of March and I知 still waiting, that was the it day arrived. The order was the 21st of March. Is this normal, that I知 still waiting?

I致e tried kobo customer care three times so far, twice by chat and once by phone, and I知 getting nowhere I知 just a bit worried that I知 gonna end up having to keep it because I can稚 get it returned in the 45 days that Kobo allow me.
