I'm reading The Shadow Casket by Chris Wooding, sequel to The Ember Blade.
Having survived tragedy and treachery the heroes of the story are realising not everything falls into place as you might wish and revolutions aren't as easy to ignite as they hoped.
Im only 265 pages in of 794 but I've got to say it's already as good as the Ember Blade, with a good mixture of fantasy, adventure, tragedy and comedy/ lighthearted moments.
