@Jose how do you imagine to use this extension that predates the existence of your 2024 model device when said extension hasn't been updated in years??
If you want to downgrade you'll have to do the job of editing that /etc/version.txt file manually (or alternatively edit the extension yourself to add the support for your Kindle model) and then do the firmware install part by forcing a reboot
without disconnecting the USB cable.
If you don't want to or don't know how to setup SSH connection ( = using USBNetLite hack) your best bets are either using a "RUNME.sh" script or download this "scriptlet" :
